     Sterling, a driving force in the Entertainment and Media Industry for over two decades, stands as a versatile creative professional, leaving a resonant mark in music, engineering, design, and film. His contributions span local music endeavors to globally recognized ad campaigns and indie films. Sterling's work has been celebrated with Grammy, BET, Soul Train, and Dove Award Nominations, marking his prowess across diverse platforms. While once an active committee member of the New England branch of the Grammy Association's New York Chapter, Sterling contributed to the education and networking of young musicians and producers, with the goal of nurturing sustainable careers in entertainment.

     Expanding his skill set, Sterling's role as an educator has been equally impactful. In addition to his professorial role, he held the position of Video Department Lead, where he managed a small team of professors, ensuring curriculum alignment with industry standards, and overseeing departmental assets. Across multiple private colleges, Sterling illuminated the intricacies of audio engineering, entrepreneurship, and audio-video production, engaging students in both theory and practice. Moreover, he extended his guidance beyond the classroom, mentoring students as a dedicated student advisor, and offering his expertise to shape and guide senior capstone projects.

     Sterling's footprint extends beyond academia to the commercial arena, with production and sound design contributions for industry giants such as Under Armour, Dicks Sporting Goods, New Balance, and Rockstar Games.

     Delving deeper into the world of film and cinema, Sterling has woven his creative touch into documentary and narrative film scoring as well as promotional and advertising projects. Sterling is no stranger to the role of director, writer, narrator, editor, and color corrector, breathing life into promotional materials for a diverse array of small businesses and academic institutions.
